Absolutely LOVE these mittens. The deal breaker for me was a heated thumb. I live in the mountains, and run in a canyon that gets VERY COLD. Cold hands can ruin a run, and these mittens allow me to start out toasty. When I run with regular (non heated) mittens, my poor thumb gets cold. I usually just pull it out of the thumb slot and keep it near my palm. Not an issue with these..... I used the sizing chart (measure 8.5 inches) and went with the women's L/XL they are a tad bit tight, and wish I ordered the men's version which allows for larger knuckle circumference. Still a winner of a mitten

the agent helped me and confirmed that the heat elements were BOTH in the palm , thumb and back of the hand as a circle . They are very light weight BUT there is NO HEAT on the palm of the hands at all.... I'm very disappointed because when you send back items they DO NOT TELL YOU that they deduct about $50 off the refund price.. I have ordered over $2,500 in items . They charged me for one item that has never arrived and will not credit me for it. I replaced the retuned items with new items. but no one discussed this large deduction in each item returned for exchange.

Best winter item I've purchased in years.

After getting frostbite on my hands while driving during some bitterly cold mornings in MN, I ordered both these mittens and the Savior Heat Unisex Electric Heated Ski Mittens because of their good reviews. The Savior mittens were thicker and sturdier than these and better for our bitterly cold Minnesota winters. The ActionHeat mittens are a lighter weight--more like a typical pair of fiberfill mittens--with the addition of the electric battery. They were nice mittens but were not heavy enough for my needs.

These are not as warm as I had hoped. I wore them skiing with liners on a cold day and they didn't keep my hands warm. The batteries did not last the morning. I wore them today with warmer liners and the temperature was about 15 degrees warmer and they kept my hands warm.The batteries lasted the morning today.

I suffer from Raynauds and after moving to Maine, I knew this would be a problem. A friend recommended the Warming Store. I called and received a wonderful customer service representative. She was extremely helpful. I waited until Black Friday to check out the prices. It was marked down to $99.00 plus an additional percentage off ! I paid around $79.00! I was thrilled. The directions were easy to follow. My only disappointment was the amount of time they stay heated. I walked for a little over an hour and had just one blue cell remaining. But this will not affect me since I rarely walk more than an hour to an hour in a half. Definitely worth the purchase!

I prefer mittens and these heated mittens are great! My thumbs thank you for the heat they get, too.

I have Raynaud’s Syndrome and usually wear mittens instead of gloves to keep my fingers together for extra warmth. These just saved my ski trips!! I’m extremely impressed with how warm they can get my hands especially since it was such a huge problem for me. So thankful!

They are perfect for skiing! I have pllenty enough mobility to hold my poles, but they are also warm and comfortable. With these my fingers stay warm a lot longer and I don't need to go to the lodge just to warm up.

These are really nice heated gloves for going to sit and watch any outdoor sports. The heat is kept in by all the insulation. Nice and soft inside, too.

The amount of heat these mitts put out is pretty amazing. All along the outside of my hand and on the thumb too! Great for walking the dog. Two heated thumbs up!

I work as a delivery guy on my scooter and my hands get cold sometimes. I like mittens, so I got these heated ones and they work nice for me.

I used the hand size chart in order to pick the correct size for my hands (S/M). They warmed up nicely after I tried using the battery that came with them.

Wore these mittens in the winter. These are nice warm mittens. Fine for skiing or other very cold weather activities. They are a little big and bulky, but that is to be expected. These are the gloves you take when it is really biting out there.

These are great mittens, I wear them for skiing, I just wish the batteries lasted a little longer so they could last me all day.

I usually wear them when I go outside for my morning walk. The material feels a bit bulky for me, and I can't feel a large change in the degree of temperature, but they do the job.

I bought these for my nephew and he loves how they keep his hands warm! Now when there's heavy snow in the winter time, he get's excited about throwing snowballs at everyone haha!

Thank you for making these!! I don't like regular gloves very much as I like to keep my fingers close together in my mittens. the added heat is AMAZINGGG...I was putting hand warmers in my gloves before but this is just miles better.

My husband is missing a couple of fingers on one hand (workshop mishap) so gloves don't work very well but mittens do. these mitts heat up well and last a long time

I have been using motorcycle heated liners under ski mittens for many years. Now with ActiveHeat 5v battery mittens, the bulkiness of two layers are gone & the heated comfort of these mittens are great. I highly recommend them.
