I bought these socks to help keep my feet warm during downhill skiing here in Minnesota. I've only used them a couple times but they have worked well. I have been using toe-warmer stick-on heat packs for a long time (years) but unfortunately, after a few runs, the oxygen in my ski boots is gone + the toe warmers shut off causing my toes to freeze. So far, these socks have worked. I have a size 11 2E wide foot + these socks fit me + my ski boots just fine. I would recommend these socks to downhill skiers.

Socks are medium weight, highly recommend the wool blend. I use them in both my XC ski boots and downhill ski boots. The heating wires do not interfere with foot comfort or functionality of boots. The socks are being worn in Duluth with outside temps ranging from -20 to +30 making for some toasty toes! The only downside I see is the snap for the pocket the battery fits in. I think it will probably cause the material to fatigue/tear with repeated use. I use something flat to pry between the 2 snap pieces when I am unsnapping this flap to reduce the stress here.

Warm thick socks. They heat rather quickly. My only comment is I wish the L/XL were separated out as I'm a size 9 which is on the lower end and the sock feels a bit too long but it does provide more than room to go over an all wool sock (heated clothes or single use warmers should not touch skin)

I have suffered from frost bite pain in my right forefoot for years. Since wearing this sock, I finally have relief. Since I wear only one sock at a time, I essentially have two pairs for the price of one. Customer service properly guided me. The $150 is well spent. Great Warm Socks!

These are the best heated socks on the market, bar none. I wear mine so I can ski all day long. And my feet are SO HAPPY. No more having to stop skiing too early because of frozen toes.

I bought these socks for my husband in cotton and bought a pair for myself in wool, the wool is MUCH warmer for me and both socks get hot as soon as you need them.

Very nice heated socks, and the power levels are all very, very warm. These protected my feet when it was cold and even wear them around the house! The batteries in the pockets are still comfy after wearing all day.

You can feel the heat in seconds after you turn them on. The battery is also placed on the calf where you can barely tell it's there. Great product

Great socks, but all of the heat is just on the bottom of your foot. Why not add some to the top of your foot especially around the toes?

They do warn you, and they are not lying. These socks get very hot on the highest setting. They should really be on option between the medium and the highest setting in my opinion

The description says Warning these socks get hot. Yes, yes they do! I kept mine on low and was still happy with the amount of heat. I also like that I can machine wash and air dry them. Very nice socks

I've worn these socks for several weeks, but I've started to notice that they don't get as a warm as they used to be when I first got them. I think that there is damage in the wiring, but I couldn't exchange them.

I followed the size chart, but the heel of the sock doesn't cover the heel of my foot properly. They're still comfortable and warm on my feet! I love to turn on the heat setting at night while keeping my feet under the blanket for maximum warmth!

I really wished I could like these socks, but I don't think the wiring within the socks or the batteries work as well as they should. The batteries power down automatically for some reason and even after I had fully charged the batteries and set the temperature to the highest heat setting, the battery power does not last as long as it's said in the packaging.

I had no idea these types of socks even existed until a friend recommended I search for them. Despite having spent several months working in a hospital, I could never get too adjusted to the temperature at work. Getting these socks was a huge lifesaver for me since I can feel comfortable and warm. I no longer have to focus on the cold and can now better focus on my work. They work great! I'm going to get several more pairs of socks.

I like these socks, thet last about 6 hours. Total warmth. Very soft and comfortable. I don’t feel the wires while I walk. They are well made. A little awkward to wash them in a wash bag.

My feet always seem to be the cold regardless of how warm it could be indoors/outside. In order to fix that problem, I thought about getting a portable heater. However, those could use up a lot of energy and take up a significant amout of floor space underneath my desk. I got these socks instead and these socks work just as well for my needs.

I got the heated gloves and loved them so much I went back and got these socks. Best thing is they use the same battery so I can swap between them.

These are pretty nice socks with the heat concentrated on the front part of your foot (I don't think there's any on the heel). You can't feel the wire that leads down from the battery to the heat patch, which I find pretty amazing. Oh, and the socks are washable! Just air dry them. The battery took a bit of getting used to, but I don't even notice it now.

The warning at the top is correct: these socks get hot! I will put them on high for a few minutes when I first go outside and then I turn them down to low and my feet are good to go for hours.

I bought a $300 pair of socks a few years ago, and I really want them to last me a very long time, so I bought a cheaper pair (these) to use when it's not as cold, or I'm outside for shorter. Turns out that these perform almost as good as my more expensive pair! Wish I knew that before I spent $300 on the other pair.

Very warm socks. You can feel the heat on the bottom of your foot all the way down your toes. I wore these skiing this past winter and I don't think i'll wear other socks again

I did a Kilimajaro climb this past year and we were all warned that it gets frigid at the higher altitudes, so I wanted the warmest rechargeable socks I could find. I bought extra batteries and a powerbank and I was set! The climb went well and my feet were so warm!

These 5volt socks crank out an amazing amount of heat. They're a bit bulky at the top when the battery is in, so i wear the socks like a dork on the outside of my legging. Don't care, I'm warm!

I figured if I was spending money on heated socks, I wanted the best ones out there and boy do these socks ever deliver! I keep them on low most of the time when I'm inside, but when I go outside in the 0 degrees we typically get here, i crank the dial up and get nice and warm feet. Definitely a big win.

I don't like to sleep with an electric blanket, but my feet always get cold and then I can't sleep. I live high up in the mountains, so it can get really cold at night. I tried out these socks and now my feet are warm at night and I can sleep all night long. I bought some more batteries so when i get up and do chores, I can swap out and still have warm feet.

I got these socks to wear skiing and they work! I wore them my first trip of the year in Colorado and for the first time ever my feet were warm the entire day. I got frostbite years ago and my toes are really prone to becoming lumps of ice but no longer with these.

The first winter storm and no cold feet. These slipped right into my boots without any interference and kept my boots pleasantly warm.

This product works well enough, at least for outside temperatures in the 40's and 30's. However, I found it to be only marginally warm in 28 degree weather walking on snow with Kobu snow boots. I expected more warmth for subfreezing temps. Also, the product description mentions a special bag for washing, but mine didn't have any.

My heated socks were just whatI needed it. The infrared heating was so soothing. They kept my feet warm and the different settings were essential as the day progressed
