I love this coat! My husband bought it for me because i get cold easily and we ice fish. Living in wi, this is perfect for me. Could have gone down s size but really nice. Warm, great length, good quality, nice shape on body, love it!!! Would highly recommend

Comfortable, solid construction, fit as expected, heating mechanism works as expected. At 5'4 125lb the medium is roomy but comfortable and even a bit flattering fit for a big winter coat. The Artic White is actually a light grey. It wasn't the color I was expecting but I actually like it better that white. Highly recommend!

It is fairly sinple to operate and keeps me warm just like advertized.

My wife who is constantly cold even in the summer loves this coat especially this winter. Recommend for all the better half’s out there looking for a gift idea. This is a winner.

I live in Minnesota where my apple watch says '-0' and I wonder why the negative sign in front of the zero is really needed cause 0 is cold! After purchasing the heated mittens, I knew I needed this jacket. I bought it in December and have used it for every event we've attended outside this year; snow tubbing, ice fishing, ice skating and running errands. I generally keep it on the highest setting although based on my movement, the lightest setting is sometimes all I need. I do wish the battery latest longer but I know that I can buy a backup one to use when the first one runs out. Also, I'd love to see this in a grey!

Overall I am happy with this jacket. it is very light weight, comfortable and warm. Heating is also working good. It is on the chest and back areas. The only issue is the front zipper. It is weak and easy to open from the bottom, each time I have to close it carefully.

I like the way the it looks like a regular jacket. I don’t like how it only heats for a short time.

This jacket is good to wear around 30F. Anything less than that, and you're going to need another layer underneath, or a different heavier jacket. That being said, it does punch above it's weight. It weighs almost nothing and provides a decent amount of warmth.

I don't think this jacket gets as warm as it stated on the packaging. The battery that it came with is useful though.

I like the long length of the jacket and the hood. Combine those with the heat panels and i was warm and happy all winter long, even when the winds were howling.

Really lot the cut on this jacket as well as the hood for added warmth. This was a life changer for me as I was able to do more walking than I can normally handle because of the weather constantly changing here

This is such a great product! The heat and the hood are super comfy!! The battery life is really great and I can charge my phone. Charge time is very rapid as well.

Price is kinda ouchy, but when the wind is howling and a cold front is bearing down, flip up the hood and turn on the heat and grin at all the other people who are freezing, because that won't be you.

Nice fitting jacket, though expect it to be a on the tighter side. It has these stretchy pieces on the sides which make it fit close to your body

I bought another brand of long heated puffer jacket, but the battery was huge and heavy, so I returned it and got this one instead. Much better!

I'm a bigger girl and tried the XL size, but it was a little too tight--I could wear it standing up, but it was impossible for me to sit. Really sad, as it's a very nice jacket and warmed up super fast.

I appreciate that the hood zips off so I can choose if I want to wear it hooded or not. the long length of the jacket keeps me really warm, down past my butt and to my thighs. The heat is good and I like that I can turn it up or down whenever I need to.

Fit absolutely perfect, was not too restrictive across my chest or too baggy on the sides or the back. I can definitely still layer underneath if I need to. The entire jacket has a nice inner lining and is light weight but very warm.

When I wore this jacket, it felt fine until a few days later, I noticed some white fluff sticking outside the jacket. I exchanged it for a hoodie instead.

I love the little front pocket zipper on the jacket. It's really convenient for holding credit cards and some money when I don't want to carry my purse around. It also has thick knitted cuffs around the wrist area to block out as much cold air as possible from reaching your arms. The zipper reaches all the way up the neck without blocking my chin, so I usually wear a scarf to feel warmer.

Love this coat!!! I'm always cold wherever I go, so now I love the change of feeling warm. This even kept me warm when wind chills went below zero. Once it hit negative 15 I did start to feel cold but not the usual severity! Now I’m usually only cold from the bottom of the coat down. My only negative would be the hood. It doesn’t stay up unless you hold it especially in the wind. Hopefully they will address this issue in future designs.

Got this jacket as a gift. It's a good jacket to wear outside in colder weather up in Colorado.

The puffer jacket has a good length right above the knee caps (I'm 5 foot 2, size small) and has a slightly slimmer fit than other puffer jackets. I'm actually glad that it's not too puffy like other jackets but still manages to keep me warm.

I purchased this jacket with the intention to invest in a coat that will last a few years. So far so good. I was a little worried as the jacket was a lot lighter and not as puffy as I thought it would be, but after wearing it to and from the bus stops here in Philadelphia during winter I have not felt cold at all. Very warm coat and good length, comes just above the knee.

I wear it all winter long, often even without the heat. It looks great, has a tighter fit. I might buy one for my mom next winter

I really love this jacket. The long length keeps my body warm. I wish the zipper was 2 way so i could unzip the bottom only in my car--i have to unzip it tottaly in the car and then wait for the heater to heat up the car. My only complaint.

This jacket had me at first glance. Perfectly fits and the design is so chic plus it keeps you really warm with 3 heat settings. Definitely worth every penny.
