Ordered two others for coworkers

I love this heated undershirt. I wear this all winter to work.

Quality is good, but the heating area overall is terrible. Sending it back as it only has heat in the back on top of shoulders. Wish it was further down the back. Doesn’t make sense?

I have purchased vests but the undershirts are the best. You can really feel the warmth right on your skin. Definitely recommend this.

I recently purchased the shirt, I liked the feel and look of it but decided to return it, I didnt pay close enough attention to the details, I was looking for heating along the back and lower area. I called and spoke to a agent who suggested a few items and found the perfect heated vest.

I received this shirt as a gift from my Mom for my birthday (apparently I complain that I'm cold - a lot!). She said this would be a game changer for my shoulder, neck and back aches - and for warming me up overall. And it IS! Living in the Seattle area in the wintertime is wet and cold. I tend to shrug my shoulders up to my ears in an attempt to warm myself up, and that causes all sorts of muscle and posture issues in my neck and upper back. This shirt puts the heat exactly where I need it. I'm finding that my upper body muscles are more relaxed and I tend to get more done, since I'm not laying bundled up in blankets on the couch. I can't wait to wear this to my son's football games in the Fall - I'll be so toasty in the stands! I might also get another battery to keep on rotation. I use the medium setting, and get 5 hours of heat out of one charge. For sizing - I'm 5' 6" 140lbs and normally would wear a M-L top. This is an XL, and while it's a bit loose, I tend to think that if it were smaller/tighter, and I might feel the wires more. I wear a t-shirt under the shirt to keep from having to wash it more frequently.

Heated area in front is as shown. Heated area in back is much smaller than shown, extending approximately 4 inches from neck/collar on to back. Appropriate fit for size.

The issue I had with this shirt is the wires are all balled up on the back. Instead of the wires running up and down as depicted they are all in balled up on the back of the neck. I contacted support there response was "does this bother you" and instead of shipping me a shirt I had to return mine first. I bought this shirt for my wife, I need the shirt now. So I skipped the return process and decided not to buy anything from the warming store again.
