Very easy to wear as mid layer - very warm, easy to adjust Can wear over any clothing, under any jacket - more versatile than a heated shirt or jacket

The vest was S/M and fits well over a base layer. The vest heats up quickly and the heat was noticeable within 20 secs. When I placed a sweat shirt over the vest the warmth seemed to radiate back to my my chest. The high setting was too hot when I was moving around. The heating elements are high on the chest and the back and are no where near the size depicted in the photo. They could improve the vest by adding heating element lower stomach and kidney area. The battery life was decent but not great. Anything longer than 4-5 hrs and you will require a second battery. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase.

The vest does provide warmth. Battery life is average, as expected with all these battery powered clothes; you always want longer lasting battery life. The only negative is the sizing. It just isn't specific enough the way they lump S/M and L/XL. I am 5' 10" and weigh 170 lbs, in good shape. The S/M is too tight and restrictive for golf (I got this one for my wife and tried it on), but the L/XL is too loose. Traditional sizing obviously would have been smarter.

WAITING FOR DELIVERY

I wear my vest to NFL games here in Buffalo so it better be good. I wore it for several hours last Sunday without a problem and it was very cold out. I wasn't sure if the battery would escape the metal detectors so I put the battery in my boot and hook it up once I'm in the stadium.

I have used this product four times and was expecting only about 5 hours of battery life on the low setting. I used it for almost 8 hours each time before recharging and still had one light in the power indicator even if I turned it up to high at the end of use.

Measure carefully! The more closely this sits to your body the better the heat transfer is. So a slightly snug fit is good. I am 6'3" 200lbs and the S/M fits snug with my little bit of a 'dad bod'. Perfect on top of a base layer before adding an outer jacket. It's so nice to add / adjust heat with the press of a button! I find keeping my core warm does just as good a job at keeping my hands warm as heated gloves do. This won't save your life in extreme cold, but it is a nice creature comfort. You'll want more batteries if you're using it for more than an hour at a time on high heat.

I should have read the fine print. The battery and charger are a not a typical connection so you can not use any other battery pack, and you can only use the charger they give you. It’s one more thing I have to carry on the road. Pretty bummed out. My other jacket from the warming store was great. I could use any battery pack since it was USB, but not this vest. Lesson learned. I do love how thin it is though. It sure doesn’t take up any room. Very nice for a liner.

The heated vest works Great for the job that i do.

My wife works art time at the school and is outside most of the morning, this heated vest keeps the chill off and is exactly what she wanted

This product looks great but in my case I ordered too small and returned for a larger size. I still wanted one because it looks like it will do the job for me.

I bought this heated vest liner for myself and my assistant. We are horse trainers and work outside 10- 14 hours a day. I wish I knew about them sooner. I will be buying a 2nd and 3rd one in the future. I do wish the battery pack lasted longer. I am calling the Warming Store now as I write this to see if I can get another pack:)

I am happy with this product. I wear it just in case the cold is more than I anticipated, which means I haven't needed it so far this season. I did use it on 2 days when it was in the 20's and it was wonderful. There are 2 points that you should know about the vest. The picture depicting the size of the heating element is grossly exaggerated. It may be 1/3 the size in reality. The vest is a liner so it should hold close to the body but I have a 47" chest and this is snug. It is supposed to fit up to 50" chest. Overall, I am very happy.
