I purchased this package for use in 39F + temps. The heated undercoat worked as expected, providing a decent amount of additional warmth. However, one of the gloves warmed while the other provided slight to almost no additional warming. After several times using them, inspecting connections, assuring proper fuse usage, I did some research online. I found that this is not uncommon for an item to not heat properly. It was described as an easy fix by sending the equipment back for adjustment. I suppose the internal connections can be adjusted. I contacted the warming store and explained exactly what I had done to remedy this in an email. I received what read like an automated response, clearly suggesting no one cared to read my email. It asked me if I tried simple troubleshooting. I thought ok, I’ll do this back and forth. I sent a follow up email clearly detailing what I had done to try and solve the problem myself, and how one of the gloves was not working. I received another tone def response telling me that “Heated Clothing is at its core supposed to keep you warm, not hot.” Clearly my email either went unread, or they assume I’m an idiot. I would rather throw the gloves in the trash, and buy them from another seller, than to be treated like an idiot and deal with a company that automatically assumes YOU are the problem.

The heating feature is good, the only dislike is the glove gauntlet is to small to fit over my Harley lite leather jacket!! I ordered the xl gloves thinking the gauntlet would fit over my jacket sleeves, no such luck!! The palm of the gloves fit perfect, the diameter of the gauntlet is just to small.

The Warming Store was chosen after I did some extensive research on Gerbing heated clothing prices. They also shipped my order sooner than expected and I received the clothing in a couple of days. I haven't worn the clothing yet, but it appears to be well made and just what I need. I like that the Warming Store has an option for selecting the entire heated clothing ensemble as a combination instead of looking for each item separately.

At 9000' above sea level It's cold at 6:30 am. The liner works great.

With 45 years of riding under my belt, often cold, I finally broke down and bought proper heated gear, which is the jacket liner, gloves, controller, and wiring harness. I also purchased the additional wireless controller and the controller pouch. I should have done it years ago. I got by the last ten years with battery operated mobile warming gear. That was OK but nothing like this kind of warm. Installation on the bike was a snap. Any difficulties were due to the design of the battery carrier and nothing to do with the harness. The gear appears to be well made, is easy to put on and adjust the temperature. This morning I took a 100 mile ride in temperatures between 32 and 37 degrees. I was very warm the entire trip. I would actually have prefered the old style controller with the knobs but the remote takes care of that. The strap for the controller pouch is supposed to strap to your leg if I read it correctly but I don't know who has legs that skinny. Not me. I took the strap off the pouch and threaded my pants adjustmet strap through it. Problem solved. I've tried to find a convenient place to mount the remote on the bike with velcro but so far I haven't come up with anything I'd trust. This is an installation issue and no reflection on the gear. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this. There's nothing mocho about being cold, it's just cold.

just wish it would tell you the temperature range for each setting.. I had to find through trial and error that i like it was around level 6 and 7 in 36 degree weather. But, its warm and the gloves are great, only slightly restrictive compared to regular non heated gloves. Was easy to install the wiring harness 😊

I recently purchased the jacket liner and glove kit, and I am very happy with the items. They arrived really quickly and customer service was very helpful when I had a question about my order. I recommend buying from The Warming Store and I recommend the Gerbing gear, it extends the riding season when the weather thinks it's time to put the bike away.

Those gloves fit me I'm glad I went for a large glove instead of a medium I usually wear a medium

Easy set up. Toasty warm on cold mornings. Every extended season riders should have this. Love it!

My father in law, who has been riding for years, recommended this gear. I was a little skeptical but it works great. I might even buy some pants in the near future to complete the set.

The Warming Store has been great to work with. However, whomever designed the gloves at Gerbing must never have ridden a motorcycle in cool/cold weather. I have tried unsuccessfully on 3 different jackets to insert my jacket sleeves into the gloves to protect against cold air - not possible. .

Large is medium order one size bigger than normal

I want to thank The Warming Store for providing my new Gerbing jacket liner, heated gloves, dual controller and necessary wiring at a great price. It took about 15 minutes to make the connections, then I was out riding on a cold day. The controls are easy to use, the clothing fits well and work PERFECTLY!
