Shipping from FedEx was a nightmare, but the gloves are terrific. Just wish the instructions were clearer.

I love these gloves so much I own two pairs. I wouldn't be able to enjoy skiing without these. I had tried many gloves and mittens with hand warmers but none kept my hands warm enough. The fit and feel is perfect for my small hands. The material is an upgrade from the previous design. I still have my original pair of Gerbing heated leather gloves that are 6 years old.

The gloves are very nice but this is the second pair I have ordered from you exactly alike... on both pairs the left glove is smaller than the right and it’s extremely difficult to get it on.. I cannot use a larger size cause there is to much room at the tips of fingers my hands aren’t that big. I am not sure if there is a defect in the sewing and assembly of the left glove. I am Hoping it will eventually stretch out but am skeptical.. thank you fir hearing me out. Patti

These gloves are phenomenal. They have made going out in the colder weather so much easier. Completely worth the weight and price. The price was a bit of a shock. I thought I was paying $150 shipping, it ended up being nearly $250. I am happy I didn't let the cost deter me from purchasing them. Warm hands all year are amazing!

I walk outdoors daily year round, and really need warm gloves in the winter. I first purchased some from a different manufacturer and was so disappointed in them that I returned them. THESE gloves are wonderful!! They are so warm, I haven't even had them on high heat most of the time (temps in the 30s and 40s so far this year). They are easy to operate, and the batteries have lasted for 3-4 days of 45-60 min walks before they need recharging. I bought a spare set of batteries so that I can swap them out if they give out when I'm halfway thru my walk. But they are really warm even without the heat, so this morning when the batteries died, I didn't even bother putting in the spares (it was in the mid 30's), and my hands stayed warm until I got home. I am totally thrilled with these and definitely recommend them.

Heats up fast. I haven't had the opportunity to use them as it hasn't been too cold yet, but I have played with them and the heat is amazing and fast. I have already shown them to several people and they plan to purchase some also. They are not made for heavy work which what I was hoping for but for outdoor activity they are perfect.

After problems last winter, this fall you had the gloves my wife needed. She said they fit perfectly, and likes them a lot. Finally got warmer weather, so awaiting the winter. But previous experiences with Gerbing are very favorable. Very good service personnel.

I have no circulation, these really help. I will have to try the socks next.

I bought this because I have a Gerbing heated Jacket and believe this system works well. The gloves are much much lighter and softer than i expected, so it is easy to put on, except the sleeves part can be made a bit wider as it is a bit difficult to push my thick down jacket sleeves in. But overall, I can operate my scooter well with the gloves on and my fingers are no longer painfully cold as to bothering me when I ride in 20s temperature. The finger tips still got a bit cold as the wind blows but since the back of my hand is warm enough so I always arrive home warm. The only draw back is the short battery life, my ride is within an hour each way, so it is OK, for those who need longer than those time, you might need another set of battery as stand by. One day, I ran into heavy rain around freezing point, the gloves seemed to get wet but the mid layers of wind and rain proof material did their job and kept my hands dry from the freezing cold. I am happy with its performance. All in all, I am glad I got this pair of gloves to enable me to ride in the middle of Boston's winter.

We spend four months of spring and fall in Yellowstone volunteering so visitors can see wildlife. The weather can suddenly turn very cold, and sometimes snow. These Gerbing Gloves are a true life-saver when it come to standing in the snow and wind watching wildlife. They always work in keeping your hands warm and comfortable. I have never had them fail as long as you remember to charge the batteries. They are worth the money if you want warmth and dependability.
