I installed this control to adjust the temperature on a seat warmer I installed on the bike. I like how you can step through the Temperature settings and get a visual color on where it is. I mounted it permanently using double sided mirror tape.

The controller did not work out of the box. It would not go to its HIGH setting and blinked constantly. I mailed it back at my expense and Gerbing replaced it after a confirmation call. 10 days extra time to get a working unit. Thanks for replacing it but no thanks for poor quality control.

Review of Warming Store: I called, very helpful. Placed the order online. It was shipped the next business day. Wonderful service. I did find the website, when checking out less than intuitive. Also the website kept prompting me to change settings so I could accept "cookies" and that I may not be able to checkout. My browser was accepting cookies and I was able to check out. BTW - the controller works great.

Used it for the first time this morning. I like that i can adjust the temp for the conditions. Had the temp. just right, ive been missing this for to long.

I've had my heated gear for more than 5 years and only used the on/off switch. Got cold turn it on, got hot turned it off. So much better having desired constant heat all the time. I was being cheap and didn't want to spend the extra for the controller, glad I saw it on sale, love it.

The controller was easy to order. It arrived exactly on time. It was very easy to hook up, and it works perfectly. I recommend The Warming Store highly and will go to them again!
