This is a really nice hot or cold pad. I love the aroma of the herbs. Not overbearing and very soothing. You can move it in a way to really hit the trouble areas.

I have ordered afew of the herbal packs- love them. I warm them up in microwave- 40 secs or so ( test it before applying) and I place over my closed eyes for meditation. Relaxing and aromatic-really adds to the experience

It's nice penetrating heat that lasts quite a long time for something that's just microwaved. I just wish they were bigger.

Have used it every day to relax shoulders. Couldn’t do my 60 hr weeks as a nurse without it. Price and shipping about $5 higher than other places local to me but had no time to get to them

I could smell the scent of the heating pad before I took it out of the bag, love the smell. It's just the right size I needed, my granddaughter used it for pain, she let her friend use it now I'm ordering them for her and her friends to take with them back to college. I love my herbal heat pack! I have used it exclusively for heat; the instructions indicate it can also be used for cold. I love the herbal smell and the herbs (especially spearmint) seem to permeate right to the place of need. I use it for my lower back and neck while sitting or lying down. I have also just placed it in my lap to help keep me warm on cold days. I bought a second one to give to a friend having ankle surgery.

I have a couple of them and I love them. They keep their heat for a very long time and are handy and so convenient. Can't do without them. My sisters and I love them. You know women get chillier in the wintertime. Anyone who buys them will absolutely love them.
