I purchased Heavens Therapy amazing fabric wraps for eyes/head and shoulders and neck about 25+ years ago, I use the head and eyes wrap I keep in the freezer for headaches and to relax just about every day. I'm so thrilled I found both here!!! What a wonderful company, Heaven's Therapy. It seems they still make their herbal therapy products?

I had purchased the neck warmer prob 20 yrs ago or more and I used it often for neck and head pain or basically everywhere. It finally burst and lost all the beads inside. I have hunted one ever since. I found the old paper from the previous one and it lead me to this site where I purchased my new one. The smells are so relaxing and it holds heat amazingly well. The only thing that I'm not happy with is that you no longer have different patterns to choice from like the moon and stars and planets.

I love my heating/ cooling pad! I’ve been using it since I received it and I love the smell it gives. This was a great purchase, thank you.

I have an old pad that is exactly like the one with the lady pictured. Same materail design. I don't know how many years I have had it. At least 10+ years. I don't remember where I bought it but really wanted another one. I have worn it out. I have used it so much the material has worn thin and the seeds leak out. I have tried to sew it up but the material is just worn out. I have bought a different type with clay beads and don't really like it. I have been searching for months for another one like this and now finally found it. I am going to order another pad because I like it so much. The seeds are small which makes it flexible to fit more comfortably around my neck.

I am using it for a bad neck and it helps with the pain. The heat plus the soothing herbs really make a difference in relaxing the muscles that are tight. Would highly recommend this product.

I have had one like this for YEARS! I didn't think I was ever going to find another one, but I was getting desperate as my old one is falling apart and losing it's insides. Thank goodness I found The Warming Store! This is just like my old one only made much better. Thank you Warming Store for being there for me and being so kind and patient with me.

Ordered this product I had one previously. Great product. I have called 3 times in 2 days no response. What I received in the mail is not Heavens Therapy and not what I ordered. I need a prepaid label to return the wrong product but your company wants me to pay $14.99 for a prepaid label for their error. What a shame as I had given your companies information to my neurologist to help other people. Very poor way to run a business. I was hung up on today and the message stated that I had exceeded the allowable hold time.

I have owned my shoulder wrap for many years. I keep it clean and it still delivers the same healing heat to my shoulders as it did the first day I bought it. Sturdy and well made. Packed generously with herbs. It is thicker than most. Well worth the money.
