These do a great job of keeping your feet comfortable in extreme cold, especially when you are inactive such as in a tree stand for goose pit.

I have had foot pain and numbness for several years. My father had it too. He suggested soaking in really hot water with Epson salts does relieve the pain. I tried it once and got water all over the family carpet. My wife is an MD (Retired) and she explained the advantage of heat on the nerve cells. More blood flow provide numerous benefits and comfort. I had used the Foot Warmers in winter as i had to shovel the snow off the driveway in rubber boots that let my feet get seriously cold. The warmer were wonderful. but as my foot pain continued year around i decided to try the foot warmers for my foot pain. These warmers are thin, and produce heat for a long time. Because they require fresh air to activate once tucked into a shoe the warmers release a mild warmth for hours. I have had these warmers on for 10 hours to remove then and find they were still warm. Easy to use and remove. I have started wearing them everyday and every night. In the evening i use a thin cotton sock to insulate my skin from the warmers, and then add a heavy wool sock to contain the heat and restrict the air flow for longer lasting. When i get up in the morning my feet are supple, warm and pain free. They are still numb as the nerve damage i have is likely a lasting issue. The Doctors have no idea why or how this happens to me. But, the relief i get from the foot warmers is wonderful and i don't have to make a bucket of hot water to soak in. I would be is such pain i would not want to go anywhere. No i can go out and shop o r cruise the mall with fear of pain in my feet. Thank You for such a easy to wear, easy to use product that not just works it provides me with a relief from foot pain i could get any other way.

I found that these footwarmers do provide temporary relief from the cold.

Sometimes (often) the toe warmers do not do the job for me. These full foot warmers keep my feet warm for long periods of time. They WORK!

Instead of 36 foot warmers I initially got 40 hand & Body warmers. took about a week to get the correct product and still have the hand & body warmers. I've been trying for about four weeks to get them to send me a return shipping label and can't even get a response.
