Moved to South Dakota from Northern California. Triple digit heat. It was suffocating. I got this vest. I work indoors and outdoors. Coworkers and a client were impressed and interested in my vest. I keep one at work and am thinking about a 2nd purchase to keep in my vehicle. This vest is better than the shirt with cold blocks on the back. This vest is better than the vest with fans. Don’t waste your money on those. This evaporative vest is quality, keeps you cool for HOURS and is very professional in appearance.

Today was 97?F in this area and my Khaki women's vest arrived so I soaked it in warm tap water, which felt like a heavy, warm, wet blanket but within 2 minutes, it was cooling me already! I test-walked in that heat around the block and was amazed how well it works! I didn't want to take it off, LOL! Instructions said to just brush the excess water off after soaking it. I did experience a wet area around the top few inches of my jeans, so I will recommend squeezing a little more water out first before wearing it. Darker pants or shorts won't show it too much, however. If you have a heat-sensitive condition like me, you will find this vest to be a relief. Looks, fit AND function..what more could a girl want?! Ps. It looks great paired with a black pair of sunglasses

The vest is easy to activate. And it does keep you cool in very hot weather. Fl weather felt like 102 day did mowing. I like the collar.

I have suffered from heat for years, and living in the desert southwest makes it more difficult. I own a Service Dog Training company and must be outside frequently either driving from lesson to lesson or training. This is the first year I have been able to stay outside successfully. I have energy at the end of the day instead of being sick and exhausted. This vest lasts most of the day and can easily be renewed during a long day. I love it!

The vest didn't stay cool as long as I expected. It dried out fast
