Second time I've purchased. Product works well; however requires relatively careful handling to avoid split seams and material wears thin quickly and will tear.

I love the relaxing smell of the herbs and I love how the warmth penetrates into your pain and I love how once it cool if you can heat it up again in the microwave. I’ve been using these for years and also giving them as gifts to my friends who have fibromyalgia.

I have torn rotator cuff and am trying to postpone surgery until spring so I do not have to put on many layers of clothing. This a an excellent product . The aroma descends after a few uses, but the product GREATLY relieves the pain and helps me get around. I ordered another one. If given any discount I would order a third and give as a GIFT. I take this out of the freezer & use it for an ice pack; and then I warm it up for a heat pack!

Bought this for my wife's 60th birthday to replace a much older one that began spilling its herbal content. The new one is beautifully made. My wife enjoys heating it in the microwave oven, and can do so as often as she wants as she sits on the love seat and reads her Bible and her Christian fiction books.
