I've had several of these and saved them for hurricane season. Now that most of us are wearing masks, I began using the fan when I'm wearing a mask because it keeps my face cooler since the air blows straight up into and over the mask. I love these little fans and I have several colors. I recommend them highly.

For the most part this fan works well and provides plenty of air but after wearing it for awhile it becomes a little heavy and uncomfortable around the neck area.

I like the colors and perfect on the neck not heavy, but I would of like a little more fan power and battery life maybe one that can be use with a usb port.

I had a friend with this item so ordered to try for myself. Great product, very effective, gives immediate relief and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I use it Year round. Quite enough to use at Church!

Great to use when you do not want to turn on the air conditioner. Also great to wear when on a picnic outside.

I never expected these to be so great for such a.cheap price but I ordered 5 for Christmas gifts and I know my family is going to love them. I am an 84 year old bedridden woman and I just hang it around my neck in bed and read or watch t.v. And really feel that I,have the air conditioner on. It is so light that I don?€™t even know that is is hanging around my neck. I just feel a nice gentle breeze. I am thrilled that I Bought them. Your only expense after you get one is a couple of batteries from 99 cent store. No huge Electric bill from having the air conditioner running all day. I could not be more pleased. Love it. I use a wheelchair and this is perfect. It provides a nice breeze and would recommend it. I called customer service with a question and the company and the gentleman was very nice and helpful.

Owned one of these before. Item works exactly as specified (hangs around neck and blows up toward neck/chin area. Was quickly shipped and received. Great work.

This cooling fan works great. Is nice to be able to have the fan blow the air up to keep my neck cool.

It works good for certain situations but motor Too loud like at movie theaters and other times.

I've had this fan for 2 years, and use it mostly when traveling to warm places like the Amazon, Cuba, etc. I end up sharing it a lot, everyone loves it. When I was in Cuba, many people asked me where they could get one too! If it doesn't seem to be working as well, change the batteries! I always take an extra set since it is used A LOT during these times. Occasionally use it at home too, but weather here is very moderate, not hot, so not needed as much. Am buying 6 more as gifts!

stores are so hot that I bought this fan to shop there and other overheated stores and it works wonderfully!!!

My Mom is 90 yrs old, has severe COPD, Empyhsema. She loves her fans. She needs it 20 hrs a day, 7 days a week. The only negative complain is that the plastic blades start breaking inside the unit after about every 3-6 months . I buy 4-5 units a year... Other words of praise she loves it ALOT!
