The battery is not well designed, need to tape the wires so they don't fracture. That's why I needed to replace in just one year of use. Good that your store had them in stock and quickly sent them out to me. Thank you.

I was happy to receive these batteries so quickly and to see that they have a recent serial number. Solved an issue I had with the older batteries not staying connected. Evidently the connecting wires must have begun to fail. All better now.

Since I suffer from Reynaud's syndrome, a friend had donated a pair of OR Windstopper gloves complete with charger and batteries. However, I let the batteries sit unused too long and they would no longer hold a charge. Thankfully, these batteries were still available. They each weigh only several ounces so I will be able to use them to power the gloves on my cold weather runs.
