Excellent service and product

I have always had cold fingers and toes. Hestra Mittens work great except for thumbs not heated. Ravean gloves work ok but break after short useage. Tried these. Work pretty well down to about 35 degrees on bike rides. In the 20s, thumbs get cold On high, they go about two hours. Work a bit better if you use mitten shell over them. See how they hold up compared to Ravean gloves. They dont ever get that warm inside.

Heated gloves with filaments in the fingers and thumb are generally better for warmth and usually cost a lot more. These Thinsulate gloves are very well made and provide that added heat on cold bike rides in very cold weather.

I would like to say that the customer service was very helpful and professional. The product is very well made and works well. I was a little disappointed with battery life but it works well. Because I am a cancer survivor and over 70 years old my hands are always cold and these help a lot. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a similar pair that weren’t heated and they were comfortable and just roomy enough for long motorcycle rides that you were fatigued from working the clutch and break levers, unfortunately I lost one and so I ordered a pair of these hoping they felt as good and thought the additional heating feature would be great for when I was off the bike as well. I am not disappointed, very roomy and comfortable and hear up nicely with the batteries

Just what I needed for the recent cold weather

I bought these for riding motorcycle in early spring and just general winter wear. Upon arriving, one battery did not work. BUT once I contacted the warming store, they said they'd ship me one out asap. Can't complain about their customer service, just weird that one battery wouldn't charge. Don't let this stop you from ordering these. The warming store will make sure you are taken care of!
