The vest was as-advertised, except the heaters are smaller than suggested by the illustration. Nevertheless it works well providing good warmth under outer garments. The size does run a bit small, but the vest needs to fit snugly to work well.

I got this for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! The vest is very lightweight so is comfortable and it really heats up well. He had to have it on a low setting and it was still very warm for our motorcycle rides in December. I highly recommend this for anywho wants to stay warm while outdoors.

This is the 3rd vest we’ve purchased - this time was for my husband’s friends. It takes the edge off those super cold days when the golfers just can’t stay home! Great product.

I purchased this for our daughter as she has to walk a half mile to her work every day from the parking garage. She hasn't opened it, but I will leave more info later. As for customer service, the product arrived ahead of schedule with everything expected. Seems to be a wonderful company.

Bought this for an elderly friend with bad blood circulation and Ranauds disease and is very comfortable and provides excellent warmth for body. Easy to put on and heats up quickly, battery usage depends on heating levels and recharges quickly. Definitely recommend and service from the Warming Store is excellent.

I haven't tried it since it is for a Christmas present but it looks good and can easily be worn as part of a layering.

Worked well sitting in a deer blind for 3 hrs. In 30? turned on after a hr. On medium took the chill off for 2hrs before battery ran out. Perfect timing. Would recommend a second battery if staying out longer or if temperature is colder.

I bought this vest hoping to not only stay warm but to be able to wear it under something like a sweatshirt and not have it be noticed or bulky. I coach high school football in Minnesota, and Friday nights in late Fall tend to be a little chilly. I'm looking forward to being able to wear the vest liner next year on the sidelines. So far, just wearing it around outside while walking my dogs...it lived up to my expectations wonderfully.

The heat put off by this vest is great. Comfort and feel of the vest is great, I forgot I even had it on except for the heat it generates. Yes I would buy it again. The only complaint I have is the length of the battery on high which was about two hours. I have yet to try it on the other levels. But I had the info from other reviews before buying so it was no surprise. I will be buying an extra battery because I will be using the vest often.

And besides keeping me warm, the soothing heat also relaxes my muscles! Great product.

Great for walking the dog, not so great if you work outdoors all day. Battery does not lasting enough at the higher settings to do any real good. I work on a fishing boat and while the vest does warm, it just doesn't last all day. In will still use it around the yard and while walking the dog.

it's warm, convenient, and thin enough to fit beneath my heavier jacket. I live in north Dakota where winter temps are routinely minus teens. everything freezes.
