good product with exceptions

batteries are not secured well enough so that they don't fall out on an occasional bump to the product.
Was initially upset with the company for no forewarning that the produce was out of stock when I ordered, but I decided to wait rather than cancel the order.... I am satisfied basically with the product even when the fan does not operate.
Pros
- Love the refreshing spray of the water here in the above hundred degree weather of the California desert.
Cons
- Fan does not always work, which can be annoying, but the spray mist usually is enough to do a cooling job on the face.

Ordered 4 and all worked well except that one died after 2 days at Disneyworld and changing the battery was not a solution. The 4 of us managed with the remaining 3 fans with admiration from others in the blistering heat.
